Adaejiejemba once again showcased her capabilities at the 2024 UN-organized Global Conference of Women Parliamentarians. The conference centered on the theme, “The Role of Women Parliamentarians in Developing, Implementing, and Monitoring Counter-terrorism Measures and Preventing Violent Extremism Legislation, Policies, and Strategies.” It served as a platform for Adaejiejemba to once again demonstrate her intellectual prowess by actively engaging with fellow participants and organizers in insightful discussions aimed at identifying and solving the challenges posed by terrorism.
The gathering brought together a diverse group of women from across the globe, fostering productive brainstorming sessions and culminating in a successful event endorsed by both the organizers and attendees. Taking place from June 26th to June 27th, 2024, the conference provided a vital opportunity for collaborative efforts in tackling global security issues.
